The most frequently asked question in vehicle transport is probably "where is the car now?". The customer asks the salesperson, the salesperson asks whoever placed the order, and they ask the carrier – who is often behind the wheel and can't pick up the phone.
Status that updates itself
In Frakteren the status follows the order, not the person. When the job is assigned, when the vehicle is collected and when it is delivered, it shows on the order straight away. The people who need to know see it on the dashboard without asking anyone.
It sounds like a small thing. In practice it removes a whole category of phone calls, and it lets the salesperson give the customer an answer while they are still talking.
Documentation without extra work
